Department Position Description
Food & Beverage Server/Hostess

The Servers and Hostess at our restaurant play an integral role in ensuring our customers have exceptional dining experiences. We are interested in growing our team, and are in search of a professional Server. The right person will be passionate about food and service, and thoroughly enjoy creating excellent experiences for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a friendly, outgoing disposition, and previous experience working as a Server in a bustling, fast-paced restaurant setting. 

High school diploma/GED preferred

4+ years' waitstaff experience

Minimum 21 years of age

Able to keep up in a fast-paced work environment

Knowledge of food service regulations an asset

Able to stay on your feet for an extended period of time and lift up to 25 lbs unassisted 

Excellent written and verbal skills

Willing to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends 

Food & Beverage On-Call Banquet Servers

Previous banquet experience required

Excellent customer service skills

Good communication skills and ability work as part of a team

Completes all established set-up, event and breakdown duties in a timely manner

Knows and adheres to health and sanitation guidelines and follows all safety policies

Able to work nights and weekends

Frequently walking with some standing at times, possibly extended distances; ability to bend and climb stairs when necessary

Frequently lift/carry up to 25 lbs, occasionally lift/carry up to 50 lbs

Ability to reach with hands and arms in any direction and kneel and stoop repeatedly


Food & Beverage Server

The Server provides table service to restaurant patrons by taking orders for food and beverages, delivering orders to the table, and ensuring that patrons have a pleasant dining experience.


Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Well-organized with ability to take and place food and beverage orders accurately.

Ability to operate point-of-sale systems.

Housekeeping Room Attendant

Receives list of assigned rooms from manager and prioritizes rooms requesting early cleaning.

Checks the inventory of cleaning cart and adds any necessary supplies.

Knocks and announces self before entering room; returns at a later time if rooms are occupied.

Removes soiled linens, towels, bedspreads, and blankets from each assigned room and provides fresh replacements.

Neatly makes beds and stocks towels, washcloths, and hand towels according to policies.

Cleans and disinfects bathroom and kitchenette or coffee-preparation areas according to hotel polices.

Wipes surfaces in room and cleans mirrors.

Vacuums floors and removes trash.

Checks complimentary coffee, snack, and toiletry supplies in the room, restocking according to provided hotel checklist and policy.

Ensures room meets hotel standards with a final walkaround.

Notifies supervisor of room availability and reports any suspicious activity to security.

Ensures soiled linens are laundered, which may include loading hotel washers and dryers and folding sheets and towels in laundry room as needed.

Notifies maintenance department of needed maintenance or repairs.

Takes found items to designated lost and found area if guest has checked out.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

Ability to interact with guests in a pleasant, friendly way.

Prolonged periods standing and walking and frequently pulling, pushing, and bending.

Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Willingness to work a rotation seven-day work cycle with occasional afternoon shifts.

Reservations Reservations Agent

Assist guests with booking and confirming reservations. Responsible for providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests and callers.

Reservation Agent Duties and Responsibilities

  • Answer phones and assist customers in making, altering, or canceling reservations
  • Respond to emails with reservation information, confirmations, and additional details
  • Advise customers regarding ongoing promotions or available upgrades that may enhance their experience
  • Answer questions regarding rooms, facilities, rates, and events
  • Accurately record customer information and charge credit cards upon successful reservations
  • Position maybe required to work at the Front Desk

Required Skills/Abilities

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous related experience preferred; on-the-job training provided
