Santacon Fort Lauderdale Saturday, Dec 19th-Wyndham Deerfield Beach Resort

Santacon Fort Lauderdale 2015

Saturday, December 19th at 6pm at Mango's on Las Olas

Santacon is a non-profit, non-political, non-religious and non-sensical mass gathering of people dressed in Santa suits parading around town spreading holiday cheer. The focus is on spontaneity, creativity, and having fun while giving gifts and singing songs. Santacon is best described as part flash mob, part pub-crawl, part community gathering and total good-hearted mischief. It takes place in 272 cities in 37 countries around the world and involves tens of thousands of Santas.

Santacon Fort Lauderdale will begin at pm on Saturday, December 19th at Mango's on Las Olas. This year's celebration will support Kids in Distress of Broward and Palm Beach counties. KID is a licensed nationally accredited agency offering community-based programs for the prevention of child abuse, preservation of the family and the treatment of abused and neglected children. They also offer intervention, foster care, family counseling and educational programs such as preschool and after-school care.

Dust off your Santa suit and come out to Mango's on Las Olas where the only agenda is to spread fun and creativity. Suggested items to support the Kids in Distress are

  • Gift Card
  • Clothing
  • Linens
  • School Supplies
  • Personal Items
  • Sports Equipment

After an evening of fun out on the town, take advantage of the food and drink specials at the Patio Bar and Grill and make the most of your South Florida experience with an oceanfront al fresco dining experience at the Wyndham Deerfield Beach Resort.
